In this role you combine deep engineering expertise with strategic advisory to deliver AI-enabled, scalable solutions for clients. Responsibilities
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines, ML models, and modern application layers
  • Lead technical builds, scope ambiguous problems, and advise on strategy and ROI
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps and guide end-to-end solution delivery
  • Mentor stakeholders and help clients sustain and scale technologies
  • Shape emerging projects into deliverable roadmaps and execution plans
  • Balance hands-on engineering with strategic advisory to deliver immediate and long-term impact
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams
  • Deliver innovative, high-impact technologies while guiding clients to align priorities
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of software engineering or solution architecture experience
  • Deep expertise in full-stack development and cloud infrastructure
  • Proven experience with data pipelines, AI/ML, and deployment architectures
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP; familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and serverless
  • Strong deployment pipelines, observability, performance optimization, and security knowledge
  • Proven mentoring ability and experience in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for varied audiences
