LOS ANGELES - LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

You will join a premier Labor & Employment team in Los Angeles to handle sophisticated wage-and-hour, PAGA, and class action matters for a diverse client base. You will work closely with colleagues on complex litigation while advising employers on compliance with evolving laws. The role blends independent matter management with collaborative strategy, leveraging technology to boost efficiency and client service. • Represent employers in wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation
• Manage a broad range of labor and employment matters from inception to resolution
• Advise clients on compliance with evolving federal, state, and local employment laws
• Draft motions, briefs, and discovery-related documents
• Participate in discovery processes including depositions and document review
• Prepare memoranda, pleadings, and settlement documents
• Handle disputes involving non-compete and non-solicitation agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategic, practical client solutions

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school
• Active California Bar in good standing
• 4-7 years of labor and employment law experience
• Significant experience in wage and hour, PAGA, and class actions in state and federal courts
• Strong background in advising on compliance with employment laws
• Arbitration, mediation, or trial experience required
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while working in a team environment
• Comfort with using AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and service
