Overview In this role you drive water and wastewater pipeline projects in Halff's Richardson team, applying your Texas PE license and civil工程 background to lead multi-disciplinary efforts. You'll shape scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality and code compliance. You collaborate with subconsultants, manage client deliverables, and support permitting and construction administration. This position offers growth and potential ownership as you contribute to a long-standing water utilities practice.

Responsibilities- Prepare scopes of work and budgets for projects
- Conduct studies, prepare reports, and review construction plans and specs
- Lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate with subconsultants
- Manage project deliverables, budgets, and schedules; resolve issues
- Ensure QA/QC to meet client expectations and Halff standards
- Support construction administration and lead or assist permitting efforts
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET-equivalent (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of project management experience in Water/Wastewater large diameter pipeline design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
- Experience reading and developing construction plans and specifications; report writing
- Experience coordinating deliverables, budgets, and schedules; issue resolution
- Desirable: water/wastewater treatment, pump/lift stations, storage experience
