Overview In this role you will lead HR policy implementation and compliance across all HR activities. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations while partnering with compensation to refine job descriptions and performance programs. You'll manage affirmative action, EEO reporting, and career development initiatives to support a compliant, high-performing workforce. Responsibilities- Identify legal and regulatory requirements and ensure policy compliance
- Recruit, interview, select, and onboard employees
- Plan and conduct new-employee orientation
- Respond to inquiries about policies and procedures
- Plan and coordinate department goals and systems
- Partner with compensation to review job descriptions and support performance evaluations
- Manage career pathing and performance management programs
- Develop and maintain affirmative action and EEO reporting
- Coordinate training and curriculum development
- Provide employee relations coaching and corrective action
- Evaluate department performance against goals and implement improvements
- Oversee Ethical Sourcing oversight
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years' experience in training and human resources
- Strong computer skills
- Understanding of accounting and financial concepts
- Ability to work with all levels of management and staff
