Senior Financial Analyst - Revenue Management

Overview

In this role you partner with Revenue Management and Brand teams to optimize pricing, offers, and promotions in real time. You'll translate financial insights into actions that impact bookings, balancing discipline with marketing creativity. You work closely with leadership to drive near-term revenue while aligning with broader objectives. The position offers a chance to shape pricing strategy in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with tangible customer and business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management and Brand teams to assess discounts and passenger volume strategies against live booking trends
  • Deliver financial analyses that prompt immediate actions like close-in pricing and promotions
  • Present data-backed recommendations to senior leaders with confidence and resilience
  • Translate financial insights into marketing strategies to ensure offers reach customers effectively
  • Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align revenue strategies with company objectives
  • Support ongoing FP&A, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses focused on revenue optimization
  • Apply an 80/20 approach to decision-making prioritizing speed and impact
  • Balance short-term opportunities with broader financial goals
Key requirements
  • 3-8 years of finance experience with exposure to revenue management or operational finance
  • Strong analytical skills aimed at driving action rather than just reporting
  • Advanced Excel; Tableau a plus
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders and influence decisions
  • Comfort with fast-paced, shifting priorities and tight timelines
  • Resilient, confident communicator able to debate with senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree required
