Overview In this Senior Home Lending Advisor role, you guide clients through the home financing journey as the primary contact, leveraging deep product knowledge to support customers from application to closing. You collaborate with branch teams and bankers to deliver a seamless experience and promote mortgage solutions. You'll grow the business by partnering with local branches and employing targeted marketing, while maintaining regulatory compliance. Responsibilities- Coach and mentor branch teams on mortgage products and services
- Meet with customers and introduce them to bankers for cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate on marketing and lead-generation efforts (direct mail, media, cross-sell, relocation programs, newsletters)
- Develop partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations within footprint territories
- Establish yourself as the internal/external mortgage expert and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide consultative recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs and goals
Key requirements- Bachelor in Sales and/or Real Estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven retail banking sales experience
- Knowledge of local real estate market
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
- Marketing and relationship-building
