Overview In this Director role within PwC Private, you help private companies with advisory needs-from audit and tax to planning-while guiding growth and operational efficiency. You work with cross-functional teams to design customized service plans for privately owned entities and high-net-worth individuals. You tackle complex issues in wealth management, cash flow, and exit strategies, contributing to the firm's mission of value-driven leadership in a changing global landscape. You will lead by example, fostering collaboration and delivering sustained client outcomes.

Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting
- 8 years of experience
- CPA or equivalent credentials; Bar or other tax/finance-specific credentials may qualify
- Deep understanding of tax compliance and consulting for entities (corporations, partnerships, pass-through entities, Subchapter S) and ASC740
- Ability to identify client needs and build sustained relationships
- Strong networking, negotiation, and persuasive skills to grow services
- Experience leading teams and managing resources, budgets, and project workflows
