Overview In this role you lead the Live and Linear Media Pipeline team, guiding platform capabilities for live sports, linear dMVPD, DVR, FAST playout, and related content operations. You will partner with engineering to set vision, drive roadmaps, and grow a high-performing PM cohort that owns the end-to-end live content journey. You'll work across content, metadata, and distribution teams to ensure reliable, high-quality experiences at global scale. This opportunity lets you shape the future of Disney's live media platform.

Responsibilities- Set and own product vision, strategy, and OKRs for the Live and Linear Media Pipeline
- Build business cases for investments and identify emerging problems in the domain
- Serve as senior PM partner to engineering leaders with joint roadmap cadences
- Collaborate with VOD Pipeline, Content Metadata, and Distribution and Playback PMs for end-to-end ownership
- Lead and coach a geographically distributed PM team within a Media-generalist model
- Maintain fluency across live/linear platform and identify AI/automation opportunities to improve reliability
Key requirements- 10+ years of experience in product management or related discipline
- Experience leading and developing PM teams with coaching focus
- Experience owning product strategy across a complex multi-domain platform or media technology environment
- Strong communication skills for executive framing and cross-functional alignment
- Proven ability to operate across organizational boundaries and unblock teams in ambiguity
