Overview

As Sr. HRBP you partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, culture, and organizational health while balancing strategic insight with tactical execution. You will lead a diverse HR team, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, and drive risk management and people initiatives at scale. This role focuses on employee experience, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives within the NAst organization. You will influence senior stakeholders and help translate insights into scalable, people-centric solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a diverse HR team, elevating them from tactical support to strategic partners who mitigate organizational risk and deliver high-quality service.
  • Establish early warning systems and use data partnerships to identify and mitigate people-related risks across functions.
  • Shape and execute the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health, driving innovative HR practices and sustainable execution.
  • Partner with business leaders to design integrated talent strategies, develop leaders, and build a succession pipeline.
  • Lead analytics and AI-enabled initiatives to reveal patterns, predict risks, and inform decision-making with clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Set and drive culture transformation goals with leadership, strengthening organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and DEI initiatives.
  • Promote strategic adoption of HR technology, balancing automation with high-touch human support for sensitive matters.
Key requirements
  • Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience or equivalent mix of operational roles
  • Experience using data and high-judgment to drive business decisions
  • Preferred: Master's Degree or MBA
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders as a strategic HR business partner
  • Experience building and retaining high-performing HR teams
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve processes and service delivery
