Overview

As a Senior People Business Partner, you partner with leaders across our fast-paced business to shape organizational and talent strategies. You will be a hands-on advisor on employee relations, performance and talent management, and workforce planning, ensuring programs stay compliant and aligned with business needs. You'll collaborate with the People Team to strengthen culture and guide the organization through change. This role offers impact across cross-functional teams while supporting scalable people initiatives in a dynamic gaming environment. You will be a trusted partner driving data-informed decisions and meaningful people outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholder groups, identifying and supporting business needs
  • Apply human-centered, data-driven approaches to culture improvements
  • Partner with People team to design and improve programs aligned with roadmaps
  • Act as expert on complex employee relations and advise on U.S. and Canadian employment law
  • Lead day-to-day employee relations tasks including investigations and resolutions
  • Drive talent management strategy including succession planning and career development
  • Oversee end-to-end performance management cycle with goals, calibration, and feedback
  • Scope projects with resource and timeline planning and ensure cross-functional communication
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of people business partner experience
  • Credible, proactive, trusted thought partner
  • Strong analytical skills with workforce analytics storytelling
  • Experience in change management and leading organizational initiatives
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change
  • Local to Greater Los Angeles and able to work in office 5 days a week
