Overview In this role you drive HR management and operations engagements for government and private clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver quality HR services and program outcomes. You will develop project plans, manage resources, and oversee performance against scope, timelines, and budgets. You'll partner with sponsors and stakeholders to shape HR initiatives, training, and IT enablement, while communicating progress and mitigating risks. This is a hands-on leadership role with meaningful impact on workforce management and policy execution.

Responsibilities- Lead large HR team delivering management and operations services across multiple clients
- Develop and execute project plans with sponsors and stakeholders (scope, deliverables, resources, timelines)
- Oversee budget/finance, program development, analysis, evaluation, and general project administration
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies for projects
- Define metrics to manage programs and projects for quality and cost efficiency
- Own overall project performance (technical, contractual, administrative, financial) and supervise project staff
- Coordinate comprehensive communication strategy across the project lifecycle
- Assign responsibilities and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Produce technical/management reports for Contracting Officer compliance
- Provide leadership to project teams ensuring adherence to performance requirements
- Perform any related duties as requested
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum three years of project leadership and management experience
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams from concept to implementation
