Overview In this role you will lead workforce training initiatives for nuclear and environmental management programs, shaping curriculum and delivery to meet regulatory and safety requirements. You work within a Training team aligned to ProSidian's resourcing and staff augmentation approach, collaborating with clients like SRMC to enable compliant, performance-based training. You drive needs analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder support. This position offers on-site engagement across the Southeast in a high-hazard environment with a clear safety-first mandate.

Responsibilities- Provide safety-focused training and ensure safety is integrated into all tasks
- Contribute to training strategy and supervise assigned personnel
- Ensure programs meet DOE and regulatory requirements and remain cost-effective
- Lead needs analyses for training, design curricula, and develop/curate course materials
- Implement new courses and modify existing curricula based on evaluations
- Assess training effectiveness through formal/unformal assessments and documentation
- Manage records, scheduling, and performance assessments; support coaching and career development
- Generate reports and manage special projects as directed by Training Manager
- Oversee on-site training delivery in support of SRMC Liquid Waste program and related DOE contracts
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant training experience or Associates with 10+ years or High School Diploma/GED with 12+ years of experience
- Courses in instructional analysis, design, development, delivery and testing, plus evaluation of training programs
- DOE Order 426.2 familiarity or willingness to align with it
- Nuclear and Environmental Management sector experience; familiarity with federal regulations and DOE orders
