Responsibilities- Lead client engagements from planning to delivery, including monthly close and consulting projects
- Act as primary client contact, fostering trusted advisor relationships and ensuring quality within budget
- Prepare and present financial results and analysis to client management and committees
- Oversee invoicing processes and coordinate collections
- Mentor and develop team members and support resource planning
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve service delivery
- Ensure engagements comply with firm methodologies and monitor performance metrics
- Support leadership with strategic growth initiatives and client expansion opportunities
Key requirements- CPA designation
- Bachelor in Accounting
- 8+ years in accounting and finance with strong not-for-profit experience
- Experience leading client engagements and managing teams in professional services
- Strong forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
