Responsibilities- Lead the creative design process and oversee project design quality
- Develop and refine landscape architecture concepts and drawings during design development
- Promote holistic, sustainable design solutions and constructability awareness
- Maintain and grow client relationships, respond to goals, and support service excellence
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and other HOK practices to upgrade design processes
- Assist with project proposals, interviews, and public presentations
- Participate in marketing and business development opportunities to identify new business
- Oversee design teams, mentor less experienced staff, and support professional development
- Foster a collaborative and innovative culture and strong client service mindset
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or architecture with substantial experience
- 13+ years of experience or equivalent_combination
- Current professional licensure
- LEED credential within 12 months of employment
