Responsibilities- Understand business needs and identify process and organizational improvements
- Plan and execute department objectives and participate in annual budgeting
- Review monthly expenditures and metrics to ensure goals are met
- Conduct financial planning for the function and provide recommendations
- Lead and coordinate work streams to perform financial activities and monitor workload with metrics
- Ensure compliance with policies and standardized procedures
- Drive key functional financial metrics and cross-functional collaboration
- Develop and support strategic partnerships and cross-functional problem solving
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices; experience in financial analysis and reporting
