Responsibilities- ReviewFinancial reporting packages and workpapers for accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze benchmarking data and KPIs to deliver actionable client insights
- Present financial results and recommendations to clients
- Support budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Provide technical accounting guidance on complex issues
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Lead, coach, and develop staff and senior accountants
- Leverage offshore/overseas teams to enhance service delivery
- Apply knowledge of job costing, inventory, and overhead allocation in manufacturing
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 4-6 years accounting experience, including manufacturing exposure
- 3+ years leading and developing teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing accounting concepts (WIP, inventory, job costing, COGS)
- CPA, CMA, or similar certification preferred
- Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Fishbowl, Katana) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to influence outcomes and drive process improvements
- Ability to travel up to 10%
