Overview In this role you will lead internal fit-out delivery for high-density residential blocks, steering a site team to maintain a steady weekly output. You will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate on-site resources from dry envelope to final finish, ensuring cost-efficient materials use and timely progression. You'll own on-site challenges with strong problem-solving to protect schedules, while providing regular progress updates to internal teams. You will uphold rigorous quality and safety standards with a small team, contributing to a scheme focused on longevity.
Responsibilities- Command internal fit-out delivery for high-density apartment blocks with a dedicated site team to achieve weekly plots completed
- Coordinate on-site resources and logistics with Project Manager to ensure seamless progression from dry envelope to final finish
- Oversee ordering, storage, and utilisation of materials for cost-efficiency
- Own high-stakes on-site challenges using advanced problem-solving to protect timelines
- Act as a primary point of contact, providing regular progress updates to internal teams
- Drive quality and safety standards across a team of 4, ensuring flawless execution of apartment fit-out processes from developer or main contractor backgrounds
