Staff Accountant

In this Staff Accountant role, you will support essential client initiatives by delivering reliable accounting expertise across varied assignments. You'll work within fast-moving environments, contributing to accurate financial records and partnerships with client contacts and internal teams. The position focuses on core accounting tasks and timely, compliant reporting across multiple client settings. You'll help maintain accuracy, adapt to different systems, and enable dependable project-based accounting support.

• Record journal entries and maintain general ledger balances
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and provide supporting schedules
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare client billing information and support invoicing/revenue tracking
• Support sales tax activities by organizing records and assisting with compliance
• Adapt to different client environments, systems, and workflows
• Collaborate with client contacts and internal teams to provide accounting support on projects
