Overview As a Dedicated Producer Attorney in Commercial Litigation & Insurance Defense, you will guide high-stakes disputes from intake to resolution. Responsibilities- Manage commercial litigation and insurance defense matters through all stages of the lifecycle
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient, favorable outcomes
- Analyze claims, assess liability and damages, and advise clients and insurers
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, oversee discovery, and manage case development
- Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, coordinate expert engagements
- Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, settlements, and trials
- Collaborate with insurance carriers, clients, experts, and co-counsel for effective case management
- Maintain high standards of client service while handling multiple matters and deadlines
Key requirements- JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academics
- Active Bar Admission in AZ, CA, NJ, or NY in good standing
- 5+ years of substantive experience in commercial litigation and insurance defense
- Extensive experience with general liability, insurance defense, personal injury, and Labor Law
- Ability to manage matters from investigation through trial, settlement, or appeal
- Strong in evaluating claims, risk assessment, and advising on options
- Significant deposition experience (defending and taking)
- Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and complex litigation documents
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with clients, carriers, and teams
- Trial experience preferred
- Prior experience with Am Law 100/200, Law360-ranked firm, or comparable firm preferred
- Portable business of $350,000+ preferred but not required
