Senior eCommerce Manager

In this role you drive profitable online growth for McCormick across US omnichannel and pure-play channels. You'll lead digital shelf execution, content optimization, and performance analysis to boost conversion and content impact. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable growth and capability development. You'll guide a small team, shape omnichannel strategy, and translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership. This is a chance to influence how McCormick competes online at scale.

• Define and execute omnichannel eCommerce strategy and roadmap
• Lead digital shelf optimization (PDP content, keywords, images, ratings/reviews, taxonomy)
• Drive performance analysis and share actionable insights with leadership
• Collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Digital Operations, and Retail Media
• Coach and develop 4 direct/indirect reports
• Develop playbooks and SOPs for key eCommerce processes
• Benchmark competitors and identify test-and-learn opportunities
• Represent eCommerce in cross-functional initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years in eCommerce, digital commerce, category management, or omnichannel sales
• Direct/indirect supervisory experience
• CPG experience with omnichannel customer teams
• Experience managing or marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target)
• Strong analytical ability with Excel and BI/reporting tools
• Experience with digital shelf, conversion, ROAS, share of search, and OOS
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Ability to lead in a matrixed environment
