Senior Vice President, Counsel - Wealth Legal Team

As Senior Vice President and Counsel, you will provide senior legal guidance to the wealth and fiduciary businesses. You will deliver practical, commercially-minded advice that mitigates risk while enabling trusted fiduciary administration for high-net-worth clients. You will pro-actively address regulatory and risk issues, spotting problems early and advising on robust solutions. • Provide legal guidance to business areas offering trust and fiduciary administration for high-net-worth individuals and families
• Offer practical, commercially sensible legal advice and risk-mitigating solutions
• Deliver proactive legal, regulatory, and general risk management support
• Spot and address issues early to prevent escalation

• Juris Doctor with license to practice in at least one state
• Minimum 5 years' practice in trusts and estates including sophisticated fiduciary administration
• Fiduciary litigation and in-house experience in a similar role (preferred)
