Overview Senior Manager in Global Mobility Services leads complex payroll and employment tax work for multinational clients. You will guide advisory projects, optimize payroll reporting and tax remittance, and support tax audits while coordinating with local and cross-office leadership. This role combines technical tax expertise with client relationship leadership to deliver innovative mobility solutions at scale. Responsibilities- Identify and quantify refund opportunities for clients
- Provide advisory services to correct payroll reporting and tax remittance; assist with penalty abatements for payroll issues
- Support clients in planning for SUI tax rate changes; perform joint account analysis, voluntary contributions analysis, and SUI rate verification
- Review worker classification issues retroactively and prospectively
- Assist with federal, state, and local employment tax audits
- Oversee and deliver large client project engagements; coordinate with local tax leadership on market activities
Key requirements- Minimum six years of tax research and advice on multi-state tax issues
- Minimum eight years of payroll and unemployment tax experience
- Bachelor's degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent or CPP (or eligible to obtain per policy)
