Responsibilities- Analyze underwriting-related reports and financial data (credit checks, bank agreements, financial statements).
- Own risk selection, pricing, retention, growth, and profitability for the branch.
- Assess risk quality per guidelines and recommend surety credit terms.
- Review others' underwriting and advise on credit terms.
- Develop and maintain strategic internal and external relationships.
- Communicate effectively and stay highly organized.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and make timely decisions.
- Operate with integrity and accountability; support business goals with initiative.
- Coach and develop the team and drive objective attainment.
Key requirements- 7+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; field of study in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- Progression toward certification preferred (AFSB, CPA, RPLU).
