Overview In this role, you contribute to the development of AI-powered actuarial solutions for property and casualty insurance. You'll blend actuarial fundamentals with data and emerging tech to transform loss costs and data into intelligent, user-friendly tools. You work with cross-functional teams to shape product capabilities, from natural language interfaces to workflow automation, and support the product lifecycle from early concepts to value delivery. This position offers growth toward ACAS and hands-on exposure to building practical AI-enabled actuarial tools.

Responsibilities- Support AI and data transformation roadmap for ISO loss costs and related data
- Help design and build actuarial workflows and data logic for AI-facing and customer-facing tools
- Test and validate new components and automation to ensure value and accuracy
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to align data assets with customer-facing infrastructure
- Own well-defined pieces of larger projects with mentorship toward independence
Key requirements- 1-2 years of P&C actuarial experience, pricing or underwriting exposure preferred
- Actively pursuing ACAS with at least 3 exams
- Familiarity with actuarial software and tools (R and/or Python, SQL, Excel)
- Strong learning agility and ability to work independently on scoped tasks
- Comfort with ambiguity and diverse datasets
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to explain technical concepts
- Familiarity with ISO loss costs and/or ISO data products is a plus
- Interest or experience in generative AI tools is a plus
