Responsibilities- Deliver projects from inception to completion within time and budget targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high engagement and performance
- Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, identify risks, and implement mitigations
- Track finances, manage budgets, and provide cost forecasts
- Implement quality control measures to meet standards and client expectations
- Drive continuous improvement through process and practice enhancements
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate or construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Bluebeam
- Strong project management knowledge and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead project teams and maintain high engagement
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel for project meetings and site visits
