Responsibilities- Support design and construction administration for one or multiple aviation clients
- Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation
- Conduct site walkthroughs and track contractor progress
- Coordinate schedules, budgets, and logistics across project phases
- Prepare client deliverables including reports, memos, and briefings
- Attend pre-qualification and bid evaluation processes
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in airport or commercial construction projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power BI)
- Willingness to travel (up to 10%) with occasional overnight stays
