Responsibilities- Review Medicaid provider cost reports and reimbursement calculations
- Analyze health care provider financial information
- Conduct desk reviews and on-site audits
- Prepare working papers documenting scope and findings
- Research Medicaid and government program regulations to ensure compliance
- Perform all audit phases: planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and thorough electronic documentation
- Collaborate with team to support process improvement and accurate communications
