Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end recruiting for a fast-growing AI-enabled compensation platform. You will partner with R&D leaders to define roles, source hard-to-find talent, and close senior engineers and product/design/data hires using live market data. You'll help scale our recruiting operations, introduce AI-powered workflows, and contribute to workforce planning. Responsibilities- Own the full hiring cycle for R&D roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and Data
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and workforce planning
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and unconventional channels
- Manage candidate experience end-to-end: interviews, offers, compensation discussions
- Build and track pipeline metrics in Greenhouse and Gem; run interviewer calibration and training
- Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance research, outreach, and pipeline summaries
Key requirements- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting in high-growth tech environments
- Strong Boolean search skills and proactive sourcing for passive candidates
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Data-driven mindset and ability to track and act on metrics
- Fluency with AI tools in recruiting and curiosity about new AI-enabled workflows
