Overview As an Associate Scientist in In vivo Pharmacology, you will advance immuno-oncology programs by generating and communicating pharmacology data to support program progression. You will work within a fast-paced, collaborative group applying both in vivo and in vitro approaches to understand therapeutic efficacy. Your work will span tumor models, drug administration routes, and analysis that informs decision-making for oncology research. This role offers exposure to cross-departmental collaboration and meaningful contributions to patient-focused outcomes.

Responsibilities- Design, conduct, analyze, and report in vivo and in vitro studies
- In vivo tasks including tumor inoculation, dosing (oral, SC, IP, IV), sample collection, and model development
- In vitro cellular assays including multiparametric flow cytometry and molecular biology techniques
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensure accurate records and data analysis
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and present findings
Key requirements- Master's degree with 1 year of in vivo pharmacology and lab experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years of in vivo pharmacology and lab experience
- Hands-on experience with preclinical cancer models
- Experience with in vivo drug administration routes
- Experience with in vivo bioluminescence imaging (BLI)
- Blood/tissue collection for downstream analysis
- Flow cytometry and multiparametric analysis (5+ colors)
- Molecular, cellular, and ex vivo techniques
- Proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Previous drug discovery experience
