Overview As an HR Business Partner onsite in Santa Clara, you will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness amid rapid growth. You'll shape workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development while collaborating with central teams. You'll advise on performance, compensation, and employee relations, ensuring an engaging, inclusive work environment. Your work will enable NVIDIA's field organization to scale and innovate across functions and regions. This role offers strategic influence and hands-on impact in a fast-paced tech context.

Responsibilities- Align with senior management to diagnose organizational performance and implement capability-building plans
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and talent pipeline development
- Advise on diverse people issues and coach leaders across the business
- Analyze business metrics related to employee experience and lifecycle to drive improvements
- Co-lead annual review processes focusing on performance and development
- Provide compensation guidance, including salary planning and promotions
- Participate in BU leadership meetings as a business leader
- Contribute to developing world-class HR capabilities within the HRBP team
- Address employee issues and represent all interests fairly
- Partner with business groups to implement employee engagement initiatives and ensure effective HR service delivery
Key requirements- 6+ years in HR with experience in organizational design, change management, performance management, compensation, employee relations, talent management, data analysis, and engagement
- Strong business insight and ability to assimilate new information quickly
- Proven trust-building and credibility in a multicultural environment
- Team player capable of thriving in a matrixed environment
- Excellent consulting and conflict management skills
- Experience influencing senior management in an influence-without-authority capacity
- Data-driven decision making and confident with presenting opinions supported by analysis
- Experience supporting a global sales organization is a plus
- Self-starter with results orientation and strong communication/presentation skills
- Experience managing distributed teams and remote employee engagement
- Ability to apply AI to solve people problems; proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems (preferably Workday)
