You will liaise between U.S. operations and Seoul corporate leadership to deliver consolidated statements, ensure compliance, and guide audits. Responsibilities- Lead accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury functions
- Oversee cash management and banking relationships
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for multiple subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and corporate reporting requirements
- Coordinate federal, state, and local tax filings with external advisors
- Support corporate tax matters, transfer pricing, and intercompany transactions
- Serve as primary contact for internal and external audits
- Maintain internal controls and support annual compliance
- Manage ERP processes, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Partner with Seoul headquarters on reporting and strategic initiatives
- Oversee business registrations, licenses, and corporate compliance
Key requirements- CPA with strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in multinational environments
- Ability to communicate financial information in Korean and English
