Overview As Multimedia Production Program Manager you will lead the Bureau of Multimedia Services, guiding media and print projects across the agency. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with editors, writers, and vendors, and drive timelines and quality. Your work supports agency communications through graphics, video, reports, and publications. Responsibilities- Assign projects, set priorities, and manage workloads
- Review, monitor, evaluate, and approve communication products
- Coordinate with printing or multimedia providers to meet specs and deadlines
- Oversee concept development, timelines, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with editors, writers, and technical staff on reports, kiosks, magazines, online publications, brochures, social media graphics, web graphics, and photography
- Supervise multimedia staff and support agency marketing needs for design and video production
- Manage bureau budget and spending
- Produce annual equipment needs assessments and track costs
- Stay current with digital technology for design, photography, video production, and printing
- Coordinate script development with appropriate agency staff
- Work with Division Director to assess bureau needs and workflow
Key requirements- Eight years of related experience in multimedia production or graphic design for web/print, or a Bachelor's in a related field with four years of experience
- One year of supervisory experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license or ability to meet transportation needs
