Overview In this Data Solution Lead role, you drive growth for Hitachi's Data & AI practice across the North America region by delivering enterprise data and AI platforms. You will blend technology leadership, solution architecture, and business development to shape transformative data initiatives for large customers. You'll own end-to-end architectures on cloud hyperscalers and lead multi-account delivery and pre-sales efforts. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership position focused on accelerating modern data platforms and AI adoption.

Responsibilities- Contribute to growth and expansion of the Data & AI practice across multiple US accounts
- Partner with sales, account teams, and business units to identify opportunities and build differentiated Data/AI solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers on modern data platform transformation initiatives
- Design and architect end-to-end AI-powered enterprise data platforms on AWS, Azure and GCP
- Lead enterprise solutioning for large-scale data modernization, analytics, and AI transformation programs
- Build thought leadership solutions leveraging Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric
- Define scalable architectures covering Data pipelines/ETLs, Data Governance, Security & Compliance, AI integration across the data lifecycle
- Drive adoption of DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps and AIOps
- Lead proactive and reactive RFP/RFI responses as a Data & AI leader
- Collaborate with internal teams to create industry-specific and cross-platform solutions, including SAP-integrated data platforms
- Influence internal and external stakeholders with domain expertise in Data/AI ecosystem
- Work with cross-functional teams, delivery leaders, and business units to align solutions and execution
- Conduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations as needed
Key requirements- 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Architecture roles
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, and presales leadership
- Experience selling and building large enterprise data platforms
- End-to-end solutioning for AI-powered Data Platforms on GCP, Azure or AWS
- Thought leadership in Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric
- Strong understanding of Data pipelines (ETLs), Data Governance, Security, and AI integration across the data lifecycle
- Knowledge of DataOps, MLOps, LLMOps and AI Ops
- Experience building PoCs, Data Accelerators and Frameworks
- Travel willingness for client workshops
- TOGAF and DAMA certifications preferred
- Industry knowledge in Automotive, BFSI, Energy areas preferred
