HR Generalist

In this HR Generalist role, you will support a broad range of human resources activities and serve as a trusted resource across the organization. You will help foster a positive employee experience and workplace culture by partnering with managers and staff on daily HR needs. You'll handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leave management, and employee relations while ensuring compliant, confidential records. • Support employee relations and respond to questions with professionalism and care
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and other key lifecycle processes
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and confidential documentation with accuracy and discretion
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management
• Support recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Partner with managers on HR policies, procedures, and day-to-day employee needs
