Overview In this role you define and execute the Spatial Biology antibody portfolio strategy for high-plex tissue imaging workflows. You translate customer needs and platform requirements into innovation priorities and lifecycle decisions to differentiate the antibody portfolio. You partner with R&D, Spatial Biology platform teams, and commercial functions to ensure spatial-ready, panel-compatible antibodies. Based in Minneapolis, you drive adoption and win at the customer decision point with a clear portfolio vision.

Responsibilities- Own spatial biology antibody portfolio strategy across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
- Define requirements and validation standards for multiplex/spatial workflows; build business cases for spatial-ready formats
- Lead SKU prioritization and portfolio rationalization aligned to spatial biology demand
- Embed antibodies into validated panels and workflows with internal and external partners
- Voice of the customer via VOC, KOL engagement, and competitive intelligence in multiplex IF and spatial proteomics
- Own portfolio GTM across channels; define pricing, value proposition, and promotional priorities
- Define KPIs for portfolio performance and track revenue, panel attachment, and conjugate adoption
- Identify gaps and drive corrective actions; communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership
Key requirements- Master's degree in Life Sciences (biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of product management experience in life science reagents or consumables
- Direct experience in research antibodies, spatial biology, imaging, IF, or proteomics workflows
- Ability to translate customer needs into differentiated product solutions
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
- Strong analytical capability with data visualization and business intelligence tools
