Overview

In this role you will develop and analyze complex financial data to support short- and long-term objectives. You'll lead advanced reporting, forecasting, and modeling with expert financial knowledge, partnering across the organization to translate data into actionable insights. You'll drive budget processes, KPI forecasting, and financial planning for multiple business units while supporting ERP initiatives and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to shape financial strategy in a high reliability aerospace environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support strategy, budgeting, and rolling forecasts for the local entity and business units
  • Prepare and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow variance reports
  • Lead KPI forecasting (headcount, capital, Opex)
  • Serve as finance lead on internal projects and translate business issues into financial models
  • Support the Oracle ERP migration project
  • Provide actionable insights on revenue, spending variances, and department performance
  • Back-up preparation of required financial reports and analyses
  • Develop financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions
  • Partner with business leaders to identify trends and translate performance into insights
  • Monitor financial performance vs budget/forecast and maintain dashboards/KPIs
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting practices
  • Support month-end close and journal entry approvals
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a Financial Analyst or equivalent role
  • 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
  • Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis tools
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and metrics
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
