Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of standardized, role-based training for critical lab processes across global labs. You will collaborate with SMEs to create practical, scalable learning solutions while applying instructional design best practices. You'll manage program timelines, drive rollout and adoption, and continuously improve based on data insights. The position enhances cross-functional training in a regulated, engineering-focused environment and supports global collaboration. This role offers impact by shaping how labs learn and perform at scale.
Responsibilities- Design and develop learning materials and supporting resources
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate or co-create relevant content
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure practical, scalable, engaging solutions
- Manage program timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Own assigned learning programs end-to-end from needs analysis to rollout and evaluation
- Analyze learning data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of instructional design experience in technical or regulated environments; or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Organization Development, or Adult Learning with 8+ years of experience; or PhD with 5+ years of experience
- Proven ability to align learning programs with business objectives
- Advanced expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and blended learning strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
