Overview In this role you will own the measurement strategy and learning plans for Snap's measurement solutions, spanning 1P and 3P partners. You will drive performance improvements through experimentation, causal analytics, and prototyping ads-efficacy solutions. You'll build measurement fluency across cross-functional teams and advise senior executives while shaping roadmaps and adoption. Responsibilities- Own the measurement strategy, operations, goals, and learning plans for key measurement solutions across 1P and 3P partners
- Drive performance improvements via learning agendas, experimental design, causal analytics, and ads efficacy prototyping
- Build measurement fluency across Marketing Science, Sales, Product, and Partnerships; influence roadmaps and adoption without direct authority
- Advise senior executives and measurement partners/agencies to strengthen collaborations
- Lead external thought leadership through white papers, talks, and industry committees on measurement and analytics
- Lead meta-analyses, performance benchmarking, and playbook development to scale learnings across markets
- Establish operational excellence for first- and third-party measurement including evaluation, adoption, tracking, and governance
- Use data and insights to identify innovation opportunities and guide strategic measurement decisions
- Leverage AI tools to develop scalable data solutions with rigor in accuracy and statistical integrity
- Contribute to quarterly partner reviews and product planning highlighting trends and opportunities for innovation
Key requirements- Deep expertise in digital advertising measurement covering 1P and 3P (Brand, DR, Web, App, offline)
- Strong cross-functional influence with ability to guide roadmaps without direct control
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, dashboards, AI, and data visualization
- Strong knowledge of applied statistics, causal inference, time-series modeling, data mining, and measurement methodologies
- Excellent communication skills for executive audiences
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on problem solving across enablement and measurement
