Overview In this leadership role, you will head the Lafayette Planned Maintenance Department and align maintenance resources with plant objectives. Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Planned Maintenance department and workforce.
- Optimize maintenance resources and work order efficiency in a matrix organization.
- Develop and apply predictive maintenance, TPM, RCA, and control of critical processes.
- Recruit, train, and develop maintenance staff; drive professional development.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Set expectations to support plant and corporate strategic goals.
- Lead culture development for an incident-free, collaborative workplace.
- Drive maintenance strategy and execution for improved equipment reliability.
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- Strong technical maintenance background
- Demonstrated ability to deploy and maintain TPM
- 1+ year of maintenance experience in metals industry (aluminum, steel, or similar)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (export control/ITAR considerations)
