Overview In this role you partner with the Regional President as a key operations lead to drive regional initiatives and ensure consistent end-to-end processes. You translate strategy into actionable operating plans, oversee transformation programs, and supervise regional operations staff to improve efficiency and service delivery. You act as a strategic connector between regional leadership and national priorities, with a focus on data, finance, people, and culture. Responsibilities- Partner with Regional President to drive regional initiatives and act as second-in-command
- Develop and implement consistent region- and nation-wide protocols and processes
- Ensure successful end-to-end business process execution within the US and improve efficiency with Americas COO
- Track regional priorities with actionable plans and owners; lead improvement when underperforming
- Lead enterprise and Leasing Advisory transformation initiatives and ensure local accountability
- Serve as Chief of Staff for US Regional Leadership; set agendas and capture minutes with action follow-through
- Manage regional operations staff and participate in regional executive bodies
- Facilitate regular data reviews and regional connectivity (calls, town halls)
- Support Strategy, Finance, People, Data/AI, and Reporting initiatives in region
- Translate strategic vision into regional operational reality; oversee annual planning and broker regional actions
- Oversee budgets, P&L, and financial plans; allocate resources and review anomalies
- Support talent management, recruitment, retention, performance reviews, and culture initiatives
- Coordinate with Legal, ER & HR and manage off-boarding and broker separations
- Participate in culture-building activities and recognize local high-value talent
- Assist with data & AI initiatives and regional feedback to national leadership
