Overview In this role you will advance Embodied AI for ADAS/AD, robotics, and industrial automation. You will collaborate with global research and engineering teams to transfer AI innovations into Bosch systems. You will push end-to-end perception and planning using multimodal models, while staying engaged with academic and industry communities. Your work helps make Bosch AIoT solutions safer, more capable, and scalable, shaping the next generation of autonomous systems.

Responsibilities- Conduct research and engineering in core AI/ML to enable Embodied AI for ADAS/AD and related domains
- Advance end-to-end perception and planning with multimodal vision-language-action models for reasoning and explainability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless technology transfer and system integration
- Translate research results into real-world solutions with high-quality system integration
- Engage with academic and industry communities through conferences, workshops, and events
- Publish findings and/or file patents to disseminate new knowledge
Key requirements- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics or related discipline or Master's with >=2 years of post-graduation industry/R&D experience
- Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork capabilities
- Knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with reinforcement learning for behavior or motion planning (e.g., PPO, DQN, DDPG)
