Overview As Global IT Sourcing Manager, you will design and drive a worldwide IT category strategy to maximize value, innovation, and quality of service from strategic suppliers. Responsibilities- Contribute to GBS and global procurement meetings and initiatives
- Partner with Global IT, Regional IT, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and business stakeholders
- Develop and execute a global IT spend category strategy (software & hardware)
- Identify and implement global sourcing opportunities to optimize spend and efficiency
- Drive supplier consolidation and global contract standardization
- Align sourcing with business priorities, digital transformation, and technology roadmaps
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives (RFI, RFQ, RFP, supplier selection, contracts)
- Build business cases and sourcing recommendations for senior leadership
- Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships (SRM)
- Monitor supplier performance with global KPIs, SLAs, governance, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate to identify innovation opportunities and value beyond cost savings
- Drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, sustainability, and compliance in IT supplier landscape
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term IT spend planning
- Promote procurement best practices and category management across the organization
Key requirements- 10+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management with IT focus
- Global sourcing experience in multinational environments
- Proven track record negotiating high-value contracts with global tech suppliers
- Knowledge of software licensing, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecom, IT services procurement
