Overview In this role you will provide program financial support to the program team, handling planning, tracking, and reporting on financials to help meet program goals. You will partner with Operations and Program Support to manage invoicing, receivables, and contractual requirements, while maintaining baselines and driving variance analysis. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial data for AOP, EAC, and cost performance, contributing to the program's financial success. Responsibilities- Execute financial management and reporting for TO financials (costs, funds expended, projected costs, burn rates)
- Support establishment and maintenance of cost/schedule baselines and WBSs; analyze progress against baselines
- Assist working capital activities: invoicing for unbilled costs, accruals, on-hold costs, cost backup; provide revenue projections and variance support
- Produce financial deliverables (MSR and InSITE data updates)
- Support ROMs/BOMs for TDPs
Key requirements- Experience in financial management and reporting for program financials (costs, burn rates, baselines)
- Experience under Finance Manager supervision with baselines, WBSs, and progress analysis
- Experience supporting working capital activities and invoicing, accruals, and cost backups; revenue projection and variance support
- Experience delivering financial data updates (MSR, InSITE)
- Experience developing ROMs/BOMs for TDPs
- Degree & Experience: BA/BS or MA/MS or AA etc.
