Overview In this remote role, you will lead accounting operations in a PE-backed environment, focusing on timely close, accurate revenue recognition, and strategic M&A accounting. You'll partner with FP&A, Legal, and Ops to ensure audit readiness and scalable finance processes. You will shape a lean, high-performing accounting function and oversee post-acquisition integrations. This role offers visibility to leadership and opportunities to drive impact across the finance organization.

Responsibilities- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with US GAAP
- Manage SaaS revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Support M&A activities including purchase price accounting and post-acquisition integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness and scalable processes
- Help build a best-in-class accounting function within a lean, high-performing team
Key requirements- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- 3+ years in a PE-backed environment (must-have)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SaaS revenue models
- Hands-on M&A accounting experience including post-acquisition integration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
