Overview In this role you will develop and interpret financial concepts to support planning and control. You will perform technical analyses of present and future performance and prepare recommendations for financial plans, forecasts and investments. You will drive data-driven decision making with managers, support the operations team, and present results to senior management. You will maintain complex costing models and ensure accuracy of financial data while contributing to cross-functional efforts and policy adherence.
Responsibilities- Drive financial accountability with managers through education, tools and processes to understand decision impacts
- Support operations team with financially informed decision making
- Prepare the most complex annual, quarterly and monthly financial and operational reports and analyses
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed
- Perform complex analyses on budgets, forecasting, cash flows, operating results and business plans
- Analyze operating results and financial position and report findings
- Prepare forecasts and generate cash flow, sales and expense projections
- Develop and maintain complex costing models
- Prepare presentations of financial results for senior management
- Audit financial data and statements for accuracy
- Lead and mentor others to develop independent problem-solving skills
- Adhere to corporate policies including Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
- Manage forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for Interchange costs
- Perform other duties as assigned
