Senior Construction Manager, Quick Commerce

Overview

In this role you own construction execution for a portfolio of Quick Commerce projects, from contractor onboarding to turnover and launch. You partner with cross-functional teams to align scope, budgets, and timelines, delivering safe, high-quality spaces at speed. You will manage contractors, negotiate bids, and drive risk mitigation in fast-paced environments. This is a hands-on, anonymous environment where you shape delivery for a scalable customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own construction execution from contractor award through substantial completion, occupancy, turnover, and launch
  • Manage General Contractors, vendors, and consultants to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety expectations
  • Lead construction RFPs, bid leveling, contractor selection, and GMP development; present budgets and risks to leadership
  • Establish and manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and milestones with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during construction to align Design, Pre-Construction, Operations, Launch, landlords, and consultants
  • Monitor progress through site visits, OAC meetings, schedule reviews, and milestone tracking; identify risks and drive mitigation plans
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, unforeseen conditions, and schedule impacts with proper cost controls
  • Coordinate resolution of MEP, life safety, utility, permitting, inspection, and jurisdictional issues
  • Lead project closeout, commissioning, punch lists, documentation, and turnover to operations
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs, shorten timelines, improve quality, and standardize construction execution across the portfolio
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant discipline work or construction/project management experience
  • 5+ years negotiating construction, procurement and labor contracts
  • 5+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience
