Overview In this regional leadership role, you drive day-to-day operations across assigned programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and leading quality improvement efforts. You mentor other Administrators, coordinate with corporate and community partners, and guide programs through transitions, growth, or challenges. You travel within the region, support multiple locations, and participate in on-call rotations to uphold service delivery. Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day program operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop other Administrators in the region
- Collaborate with Corporate departments, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and consultants
- Stabilize, support, or lead programs during transitions, challenges, or growth
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to work-related needs within set timelines
- Travel across the region and work at different program locations as needed
Key requirements- Master's degree in social services or related field and CA licensure as required (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psy.D.)
- Six years in an administrative management role in a healthcare setting
- Two of the six years as a Telecare Program Administrator
- Two years supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing
- Knowledge of community mental health services, psychiatric rehabilitation concepts, and recovery philosophy
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region and drive to support programs
- Age 21+, CPR, First Aid, and CPI certification (or willing to obtain)
- Successful post-offer physical, TB test, background checks, sanctions checks, and license verification; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance; willingness to use personal vehicle for meetings
