Overview In this role you lead CHANEL's Workforce Technology Solutions, guiding a Tech Service Pillar to support payroll, workforce management, and HRIS integrations. You will partner with People & Organization, Retail Operations and Payroll to improve processes and enable accurate, compliant labor management across UKG, Workday and other platforms. You'll own the operating model for integrations, drive enhancements, and manage cross-functional teams and vendors. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role with measurable impact on payroll accuracy and scheduling efficiency.

Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (internal & external resources) to implement and support Workforce Technology solutions.
- Manage roadmaps, priorities, and an operating model for payroll, workforce management, and HRIS integrations.
- Own UKG WFM functionality (timekeeping, accruals, scheduling, leave, attestation, approvals, reporting) and related payroll integrations.
- Lead configuration, testing, release management, and production support for UKG WFM enhancements.
- Collaborate with Payroll, P&O, Retail Operations, and Boutique leadership to optimize workforce processes.
- Plan and execute test plans and training plans; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, RFPs/RFIs, and external services for software and professional services.
- Create project plans for new functionality and identify risk mitigation strategies.
- Represent IT in senior governance meetings and strategic roadmaps.
Key requirements- 7+ years in Workforce Solutions Tech, Payroll & HRIS
- Strong UKG WFM experience; knowledge of Dimensions, Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Device/Kiosk functionality
- Experience with payroll integrations between UKG WFM and payroll/HR systems
- Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS systems (upstream/downstream with payroll)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing initiatives end-to-end
- Bachelor in IT or related field (Master's a plus)
