Responsibilities- Advise leadership on recruitment of experienced Financial Advisors and expand hiring presence in the assigned region
- Partner with field recruiters to share knowledge and develop recruitment strategies for business growth
- Build and maintain relationships with Financial Advisors to boost satisfaction and retention; partner with management to increase hiring
- Lead strategic resolution of complex recruitment challenges across multiple enterprise areas to drive revenue growth
- Provide vision and expertise to leadership on innovative business solutions in recruitment
- Collaborate with peers and managers to resolve issues in recruitment processes
Key requirements- 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting Financial Advisors/Wealth Advisors
- FINRA Series 7 (or recognized equivalents) or eligibility for immediate registration
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
