Senior Director, Publisher Partnerships

In this Senior Director role, you will own the commercial and operational strategy for Wunderkind's publisher supply ecosystem, driving sustainable revenue growth with premium partners. You will lead a cross-functional team and shape the go-to-market and performance framework for long-term programmatic success. Expect to influence product feedback, marketplace trends, and yield optimization at scale. This is a strategic leadership role that combines market insight with hands-on executive execution and partner-centric growth.

• Define and execute the multi-year GTM strategy for the Publisher Partnerships sub-organization, including market segments, platform integrations, and demand opportunities.
• Guide headcount planning and resource allocation to align talent with scaling revenue opportunities.
• Synthesize market trends, competitive intelligence, and publisher yield metrics to inform product feedback and initiatives.
• Oversee Business Development (Sales) to build high-value partnerships with premium publishers and support complex enterprise negotiations.
• Provide strategic direction to the Publisher Customer Success team to maximize net revenue retention and publisher monetization via advanced programmatic tactics.
• Drive performance management and OKRs across sales and customer success, mentoring leaders and building a high-performing culture.

• 11+ years of relevant experience in digital advertising or ad tech with proven publisher revenue optimization
• Expert-level understanding of programmatic auction mechanics (RTB), header bidding, SPO, SSP/DSP operations, and yield/floor management
• Track record in strategic roles including GTM planning, headcount planning, and organizational performance management
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in corporate negotiations and enterprise deals
• Located within regular commutable distance to One World Trade Centre, NYC, and willing to work in-office 3 days a week
